Tasting Notes:
The 2005 ensign shiraz cabernet sauvignon is a rich red in colour aromas of mint, chocolate, blackberry and blackcurrant characters. The palate is full bodied with plum, black cherry and blueberry fruit flavours together with lovely oak maturation. A balanced, soft velvety finish for drinking now through to 2010.
