A fresh, herbaceous style which has been carefully blended
and matured to produce this ensign sparkling wine. Subtle
yeast characters compliment a rich fruit finish with crisp
natural acids.

Tasting Notes:
The 2006 ensign Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a popular blend of fruit sourced
from Western Australia's premier growing regions of Geographe and Frankland River.
Attractive aromatics of lifted floral, herbs and gooseberries, the palate is
fine and elegant with a clean finish.

Shiraz Cabernet

Tasting Notes:
The 2005 ensign shiraz cabernet sauvignon is a rich red in colour aromas of mint,
chocolate, blackberry and blackcurrant characters. The palate is full bodied
with plum, black cherry and blueberry fruit flavours together with lovely oak
maturation. A balanced, soft velvety finish for drinking now through to 2010.
